Submit a Change of Placement or Sponsor

Placement Change Rules
  • Placement Change requests may only be made by the enrolling sponsor.
  • Placement Change Requests may not be made for people who enrolled during a week that is closed and verified for commission purposes.
  • Placement Change requests may not be made for people who have more than 4 people under them in the placement tree.
  • Placement Change requests will not be Accepted from Affiliates who have been Affiliates longer than 90 days.
  • Placement Changes are only for legitimate mistakes of understanding with regard to the placement and auto-placement policies of the company. It is assumed that Affiliates who have been Affiliates for longer than 90 days understand the Placement Policy and Autoplacement Policy.
  • No Placement change requests will be approved for the following reasons:  
    • “lane stacking”
    • “gaming” the rewards plan
    • Rearranging Legs for Rank Requirements.
Sponsor Change Rules
  • Sponsor Change Requests may not be made for people who enrolled during a week that is closed and verified for commission purposes.
  • Sponsor Change requests may not be made for people who have more than 4 people under them in the placement tree.
  • Sponsor Change requests will not be Accepted from Affiliates who have been Affiliates longer than 90 days.
  • Sponsor Changes are only for legitimate mistakes of a Customer and/or Affiliate enrolling under the wrong link.
  • Sponsor changes due to upline issues will first be attempted through connecting the Affiliate or Customer with their next available Upline Leader. Only in the case that a suitable upline leader cannot be found in the entire upline structure will a Sponsor Change for any other reason be considered and still must follow all of the other rules.
  • For all Sponsor Changes, the Company must first obtain permission from the existing sponsor.
Change Fees

Fees for all placement changes are as follows:

  • $80 for the first person
  • $250 for each additional person requested
Additional Rules

Placement/sponsor change requests will be limited to 2 per account. All placement/sponsor requests afterward will be denied. The fees will be deducted from your commission’s wallet against future commissions.
