Real success takes time. Even though we live in what’s commonly referred to as an INSTANT GRATIFICATION society where everyone wants things “right now”, Experienced business owners know that the theory of instant results is not applicable to building a lasting and successful company.
Auvoria Prime moved away from the hype of pre-launch months ago and focused entirely on building the foundation needed for lasting success. Preparing for the future is definitely not the most fun part of a launch. In fact, it’s during the preparation phase when many network marketers quit. It’s become a plague in our industry. Seeing leaders take their teams from one company to the next, just about every 90-180 days, catching a severe case of the famous “shiny ball syndrome”.
Oftentimes you hear the stories and see the posts on social media of leaders bragging about how in their new company’s first or second week, they’ve acquired 10’s of thousands of new customers.
Having 10’s of thousands of customers join your company can sound really impressive. But not when a company is brand new. In fact, look at all the examples you can think of where a new hot company has come out with this type of launch. Where are they at 90 days later? 6 months later?
….Usually in a state of disaster with 10’s of thousands of frustrated people feeling let down. It’s one thing building momentum, it’s another thing being able to handle it.
When you’re evaluating a new company, here are some basic questions you should look to ask to make sure you’re not setting your team up for disaster:
Surely all these new people will need help getting into their accounts, completing their KYC, accessing their products, withdrawing commissions, etc. Who's going to help them? How prepared are the support reps to manage and train such a large influx of new customers?
Any new business comes under heavy scrutiny when it comes to payment systems. Especially network marketing, forex, affiliate marketing, and digital products. Is the company prepared to not only handle the volume but also handle it from the countries where the company wants to do business in?
Everyone knows good communication is essential to running a successful company. And quite frankly, relying solely on emails doesn't work in today's age. People are so overly-inundated with information. How will yours stand out? How will it trickle down quickly?
Do you provide access to critical reports needed to run and manage the customer's and affiliate's business? You can't manage that which you do not measure!
Getting paid on time is everything in network marketing.
If you're not intentional about it, everyone will create their own sloppy version of the story and it will stifle growth globally. It will disconnect team-building efforts and many times lead to non-compliant marketing.
Do you have an experienced network marketing law firm guiding you through these policies? It makes no sense to work so hard to build a massive company if it's just going to be shut down.
Do they have professional experience allocating the right amounts of funding to the right departments to ensure proper cash flow and sustainability? Will they run daily profit & loss statements to be able to plan ahead and ensure all liabilities can be paid in full and on time?
Blindly trusting someone else's model for your own company is not smart. Also, does it really focus on acquiring customers, or is it just a recruiting game that will eventually lose steam and crash? A business with more affiliates than customers is not a real business!
Have they ever built a successful network marketing team themselves? Many MLM companies have a major disconnect between field leaders and owners because they've never walked in each other's shoes. They have different objectives within the same company that will expose different intentions that don't always align.
Are the products properly priced to make sure the customer is the one who wins or are your customers paying 5X's more for your products just so the compensation plan can work when they can go to a local convenience store and buy a similar product at a fraction of the cost?
Now there are still many many more factors you need to critically evaluate when thinking of leading your team into a new company. These questions are just scratching the surface. They are also some of the main reasons why disaster falls upon teams within network marketing because these questions seldom have full answers from the company upon launch. Company owners are oftentimes too desperate to launch and fall victim to succumbing to the pressures of the field to expedite the launch. This is also called “building the airplane in the sky”.
The founders of Auvoria Prime worked really hard earlier this year to make sure most of these bases were covered. But we knew it would take much more time to really circle back around and do it the right way.

In EA Updates! Wow! Do we have some exciting updates for you!
To start, all EA developers have begun submitting their Onboarding / Setup and Overview Videos to Corporate for the new onboarding system that will take new customers, step-by-step, to getting started!
This is huge as our Brand New Smart Onboarding system can start having all the new content loaded in! This means we are very prepared for the 4 New EA’s to launch!
Many of the developers have also begun filming their Deeper Dive Settings videos for the EA Academy as well to provide more education to those super hands-on users who want to customize their experience and risk!
We also have a few new EA’s, in addition to the coming four, that are already in the vetting process. We also just approved a 5th EA to get into Financial Agreement talks with us….this forex software has been one our EA Task Force has been testing for 3+ months now. This EA has incredible risk management features and does not use Cost Averaging!
Now to get prepared for 4 New forex software products to launch. We have put a lot of focus around dialing in the perfect optimized Settings + Setup videos for release. We want to have a smooth release with all these new forex programs with No Surprises!
The first product in the lead currently on getting integrated into our backend API is Veribull.
Dasan, the Developer of Veribull is very excited to get his product out, he has also offered to help the other development teams speed up their integration once he is done with Veribull.
Neo the Legend has been making some final touches to their EA and Intraday mode they added that helps get more consistent weekly returns, rather than focusing on just monthly returns.
They are even working on adding a FIFO compliant mode for those US Customers who want to use it on a regulated US Broker. For our first release it may not have this FIFO compliant option fully done, but it is in the works.
Stradamus is just getting into the API Integration mode themselves, their team originally had two EA’s they used on one account. One that was a buy engine and a second that was a selling engine. For retail release and ease of setup with AP, they just combined both EA’s into one and are ready for integrations now.
Gearbox has undergone the last final debugging to make sure it is perfect for retail release, the development team is working hard to make sure everything is completed due to the nature of Gearbox having so many customizable options! The API is beginning to be integrated into Gearbox as well this week.
We are very very close to a massive launch with 4 incredible new EA’s! A 5th forex trading program on the way, and more in testing.
Also not to mention the amazing new Manual Trading Products / Indicators in testing right now…some of the results we have been seeing on small balances.
We are just getting started here in the EA Task Force and we will continue to focus on bringing the most innovative and successful technology to the market as we build our Forex Market Place here at Auvoria Prime so we have the best forex trading platform!
There is a new version of the Genealogy List for affiliates to help them organize and manage their customers and sales teams. This update offers a lot more features than previously, and we are continuing to develop the List using the recommendations of team leaders and consultants. Auvoria Prime is improving in many departments during Phase 2.
The IT Department has added 5 more languages to the Forex Basics. The new languages are Italian, Russian, Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional, and Arabic.
We are also adding new sales funnels to ShareAuvoria.com for the new AP Marketplace and the new products. Some of the pages are now available in your Share Auvoria account and we are adding these in 10 languages, to begin with, and will add more languages as we grow.
The Mobile App for manual trade notifications and other company notifications is scheduled to be done in the near future.
The implementation of the API for the new EAs is almost done. We recently hired an in-house developer to maintain the library for the EAs.
Updated Disclaimers in multiple languages and AP marketplace video with Call To Action and without have also been added in multiple languages.
We will be adding additional resources and marketing materials in this folder.
Expectations and compliance is a combination that can be challenging at times.
Affiliates want to make sales, a customer may want to find his 3 paying customers in order to get the monthly renewal fees waived.
The most asked question by a prospect is ‘What will I make per week/per month/’.
And that’s also the one question that is most likely to be answered in a non-compliant way, by making a statement like (as an example) 2% a week.
There really is only one correct answer to that question: ‘I don’t know as no one can predict the markets, so you’d best try that out by using the software yourself.’
Another safe way to answer would be: ‘By law I am not allowed to make any statements about future gains. Results from the past are not necessarily indicative for the future. But we do have a Facebook group where customers share their individual results. If you’d like to have a look at those I can invite you to that group. Would that be something you’d like?’
It is a good idea to refresh your understanding of compliance by watching the available training videos every now and then. You can find these in your back office, under resources, compliance.
